Designer's Note
The new Arabica store is located in Suzhou Center. Suzhou has a long history and is a renowned water town in the south of the Yangtze River. Famous for its traditional buildings with white walls and black tiles, similar with the white and simple aesthetic advocated by Arabica. The store primarily uses white latex paint and white textured paint, reflecting modern simplicity while continuing traditional aesthetics.
The interior walls and seating feature curved designs, symbolizing nature and flow, creating a space that is both beautiful and comfortable. The orderly and creative design of the jute bag façade enhances the cafe’s atmosphere, establishing a dialogue between the interior and exterior landscapes. Through transparent glass curtain walls, customers can appreciate the elegant interior décor and experience the harmonious interaction between the store and its surroundings.
Outside the store, a seating area with white umbrellas provide a relaxing outdoor space for customers. With these outdoor facilities, we aim to create an environment where customers can unwind and connect with nature, embodying the Suzhou garden philosophy of harmony between man and nature.
