Embarking on a food tour in Hubu Alley is a great way to experience Wuhan's culture and daily life. Hubu Alley is a century-old lane that is 150 meters long. It is a good place to get acquainted with some local specialities, such as beancurd skin, seasoned duck neck, and stinky tofu. Make sure to try Wuhan Noodles, also known as Hot and Dry noodles (Re Gan Mian), which are boiled noodles tossed in sesame and peanut paste. It is the local's favorite breakfast, since you can also add toppings like minced pork to complete the meal!

East Lake is the largest lake within a city in China, described as "a lake with 99 bays" because of its winding banks and crisscrossing ponds and brooks. It is located on the south bank of the Yangtze River. Divided into 4 areas, Ting Tao Scenic Area is the closest to % Arabica Wuhan Xintiandi. Here you can spot iconic Chinese architecture of the towers and teahouse nearby. The Wuhan government hosts annual flower festivals alongside the lake, starting with the Plum Blossom Festival in February, Cherry Blossom Festival in March, and the Lotus Festival in summer.

Spend an entire afternoon pacing through the halls and corridors of beautiful architecture, while enjoying the sight of paintings, sculpture, photography, and many more media. Make sure to pass by the centre of the museum, which is this large, sun-lit multi-purpose area, known to house performances and limited time shows, so who knows what you'll get to witness when you're in the area.
