Designer's Note
“The % Arabica store at IOI Central Boulevard Tower in Singapore is located on the second floor of the tower’s west side. The design merges natural and modern elements showcasing Singapore’s “Garden City” green ecological features. The store’s façade features vertical greenery designed with white 3D tiles resembling small pockets. These “pockets” are filled with various small plants, enhancing the layering and vitality of the building’s overall appearance. The % Arabica LED logo on the tiles complements the plants, adding playfulness and strengthening brand recognition.
The interior design maintains % Arabica’s signature clean and fresh style. The pure white color scheme throughout the space creates a simple yet modern ambiance, making the area feel more spacious and bright. The plants contrast beautifully with the white surroundings, highlighting a seamless blend between nature and modernity. This design enlivens the office environment, providing a comfortable retreat for customers.”
