Step into this beautiful boutique and fashion showroom designed by Dongqui Design, and you’ll hardly believe it used to be a state-owned towel factory. XC273’s multi-brand store’s three floors retain the exposed concrete interiors of its past with shiny new features from renovations to blur the boundaries between past and present. The first floor sports concrete paving to complement its geometric pattern. An all-white interior is reserved for the second floor which can be accessed via a pure metal staircase. A reflecting pool surrounded by wood, metal, and concrete colonnades is the focal point in the store. Other features such as sound tunnels playing experimental music and a cafe make this high-end boutique a unique shopping destination that you simply cannot miss.
