When we open in a new country, our founder Kenneth often posts on Instagram asking ”Where should we open?” And for Bangkok, the most frequent answer we got was EmQuartier. When we visited the shopping mall, it was indeed a beautiful mix of local and Ex-pat communities, and we immediately contacted the mall to see if we could open a location. Luckily, they welcomed our request and gave us an amazing spacious mezzanine space with a balcony overlooking the garden. And we decided to do something crazy. To open a central roastery!!
For the store design, we collaborated with our usual design partner, no.10 of Nomurakougeisha, and designed a relaxing lounge-style interior with lots of greenery. Customers can see our coffee production in action with the 22kg vintage Probat in the roasting room. This store is also equipped with our small roasting machine, so you can enjoy our signature custom roasting service which we roast to order for each customer’s preference.
